In this fantasy driven novel, the title character, Raven, is fascinated with Old Crow- the city she is “born” in. Within this city she finds herself entangled in the ordinary lives of mortals, living as a human while struggling to protect those she loves from herself. Things take a malevolent turn when she finds that she’d being followed by one of her kind who doesn’t quite see humanity as something to be protected.
